*black widow* (Disturbed..)
The most recent happening at VA Tech was a great eye-opener on the kind of violence a man is capable of doing.
I feel particularly disturbed by it considering the extensive coverage on the incident and the sheer number of people who lost their lives.
It's crazy how someone can kill a stranger with a gun with no qualms whatsoever. and 32 strangers? plus himself? and not to mention the number of people he injured.
I'm just totally flabbergasted by the fact. And i'm even having scary thoughts of it happening in my school. Sure it's something i don't wish to happen to me; or anybody else for that matter...but it makes you question your safety wherever you go.
A school, to me is a place of learning..and this sudden trend of it being a place of 'killing' is something i don't wish for.
To the victims' family and those affected by this tragedy..my heart goes out to you.
