another lovely song i stumbled upon by 'thirteen senses'
i'm beginning to feel the strain on my health. could it be a wake up call that i am gettin older and it is time to pay attention to my body?
i see clear signs of pain in my health; be it physical or the mental side of it.
no, i dont think i am goin crazy (though if i continue thinking like this, i may just be!)it's more to the realisation that i get panic attacks more often lately. and it is mostly due to memories of the past or thoughts of the future.
the present does not seem to affect me as much.
and i'm trying my best to save myself..cuz nobody else can
